Yoga / future thoughts?
On Friday after fitness I taught some friends a little Yoga class in a small room. It was just a couple of poses with some relaxing music, but apparently they fell in love with it! I had no idea how much of a small impact a little yoga could go on two boys especially! They said that they were talking about how nice it was all through dinner. I have to say that I felt good that I could teach them something! Today is a little bit sunny and a Saturday, although we have school today it still is the weekend and time to get organized. Coming back from vacation is a little hard to get back into the swing of things but once I get into my routine I think things will get easier. It is about that time to decide what college I will be attending next fall. How will I ever choose?! I always say that if you don't get in to a college it wasn't meant to be. I hope that where I go it will be the right choice. If not then I guess I can always transfer. There are many thoughts that go into choosing a college. Especially if you have a significant other. It is just hard to think that you will be separated and start different paths but hopefully still stay in contact also. I think that if your relationship is so close that you can't be without each other then you can find a way to make it work. Nothing is impossible. You just have to make sacrifices. It is something that I have been thinking about a lot lately. It is hard to go through such dramatic changes in a short period of time but I think that the most important thing is communication. Communication and talking about the future getting opinions from friends and different views of things help. You know the feeling you get when you just don't know what to do or how to act because you feel insecure of your thoughts? I feel that way right now. My mood is just on a roller coaster. Yesterday it snowed today it is 50 degrees. Spring is here but winter is still leaving some tracks. My thoughts feel like they are discombobulated which explains why this post seems all over the place! It is just Me at this moment. Hope everyone has a great safe weekend! Remember to always stay UNIQUE :)

Back On Track
Wow! It has been a while since I have blogged but I am back! It is the start of the fourth quarter, and I am more motivated than ever! This quarter I have set personal goals, academic goals, future goals, and relationship goals. It is finally spring!! Which means warmer weather and the end of the year is coming near. A personal goal of mine is to get in my best shape for summer! As far as academics go I want to do better in every class. My goal is to not take most of my exams at the end of the year. After getting back from California and New York, I am pushing myself and trying to help motivate others to get out there and accomplish their goals. The thing is no one can accomplish your goals for you except for yourself. You might feel bursts of inspiration or motivation to do something but it is only you yourself that is responsible for actually doing the act of accomplishing your goal. The main reason that stops you from completing your goals is excuses. For example working out. You are too tired to go to the gym when really it should be get your lazy ass up and go!! Exercise is important. It gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. You get a boost of energy and many benefits for your body after getting in even a quick 45 minute work out. It helps you to stay positive and gain the mental capacity of pushing through. Yes it is hard, but in the end after you just do it you are going to feel better. Trust me :)
I will try my best to keep everyone updated and post more often! Hope everyone has a great spring!!
Until next time! remember to stay UNIQUE :)

Mondays
Hello Friends,
Well, it is Monday, yet again, and the last week in February! Thank Goodness. That means just a little bit closer to spring and warmer weather. The weather makes all the difference. Today in New England is a mixture of rain, slush, snow, and dark hovering clouds. It is not the kind of weather that puts a smile on your face, its the kind that says get me back to bed, and let me watch a movie! The beginning of a week is always the hardest but once we get going it is not too bad. Just have to get through the day and hopefully make it a great one. It is something that we all have to just get used to because it comes around once a week. But here is the question for you, do you find the end of the week harder to get through or the beginning? Mondays are the hardest getting up I think. But at the end of the week it is a little bit more exciting when you can see the weekend at the tips of your fingers! Do you ever just look forward through the week then just see tons of work and it starts to stress you out. It is hard but try to STAY IN THE PRESENT MOMENT. Focus on what you are doing NOW. Prioritize your to-do list and get it done one by one. Have a good day today. Don't worry about later, or tomorrow. Focus on now and put your best work in every moment. Remember to always be UNIQUE.

Rough Mornings
Good Morning!
I awoke by an obnoxious booming fire alarm at 6:30 AM yesterday morning. Having to rush out into the freezing cold, not wearing much was NOT fun to say the least. When you get startled in the morning and feel like you have to jump out of bed it seems to start your morning off completely wrong! Don't you love it when you can lounge in your comfy blankets and then get up and splash some cold water on your face to really awake up and do everything on your own time instead of rush? I know that when my mornings start with calm music and getting dressed, doing my own thing makes my mornings a little better. It is inevitable to have a bad morning because sometimes they just happen, the key is how do your turn it around when it has started off bad? After experiencing this most of my day seemed irritating, and I just did not feel like being around others who could potentially make me more irritated or me saying something rude because I was in an awful mood. During the day I sat in the back of the library worked on some homework, and played a game that always calms me down on my Iphone, Unblock me. I started to get in a better mood after that. I vented a little to a friend, and then could suddenly feel like things were better. I think that If you take a moment to stop for a second, maybe even vent to a friend about how your day is not going well and then once you get out all your feelings you can start to feel better. If you talk to a friend who you know that you can depend on no matter what, they will make you feel better. Call you sister, brother, friend, mom, boyfriend or girlfriend, and they can give you words that can hopefully turn your day around. If you talk to someone whom you know will make you laugh, call them! ASAP. Laughing in some way can always be the first step to breaking your bad mood. Laughing gives you that little bit of levity and helps you to forget what was bothering you in the beginning. Bay days are just simply, bad! but the good thing is they don't last forever! Just got to get through them. Have a great day and always remember to be UNIQUE :)

First post!
To all my beautiful girls <3
I hope your day is going well! It is Wednesday, half way through the week! Almost the weekend again! Topic of the day- stress. That little bit of life that tends to creep up on us and make us anxious, irritable, emotional, and tired. The end of third quarter is coming along and the spring is just around the corner! This part of the year things start to get a little stressful. If it is Projects, homework, cleaning, and always seeming to be broke or even that stupid fight that you got into with your boyfriend friend, it all adds up somehow. How many of you just wish you had an extra hundred dollars in your pocket? just to get away for a day and get a massage or a mani/pedi? or even an extra 5$ for a Starbucks that just gives you that extra little boost? I know I do! I think that exercise is essential! Personally exercise ALWAYS helps to get out your stress and those little things that I like to call endorphins don't hurt either :) Exercise tends to take you to another place where you can go to sweat and work out all your problems, and do your best thinking. Maybe even gain a little self confidence too which never hurts! Never forget to also take the bit of time for yourself. Even if it is a breath of fresh air by your self from school, or out of work it can be a nice breather to take your mind away from your current setting and then get back to focusing. If your always going, going, going, it is hard to find time to your self. But I suggest take time to sit down, be comfy, and remember what is important to you. There are so many things to be grateful for in life and if you take yourself to that place that makes you happy it will help take your stress down. Naps help your body to, but don't do the cleaning or homework for you! Make a list of what you have to get done and check it off one by one. Then when you think that your making progress you stress will instantly decrease. Never forget your beautiful and always remember to be UNIQUE:)
